How to review your OW Sync subscription details & download invoices

Your subscription billing details are always available directly within OW Sync's settings screen.

Please note: Currently it is not possible to cancel a plan via the UI. If you wish to cancel, please reach out to Cogent Connective and we'll help you.
  1. Navigate to the "Connected Apps" screen (under "Integrations" in settings) in your HubSpot instance and click on "OW Sync - Orderwise Connector".
  2. Click on "Open billing portal" in the third row:

  3. One the "Summary" tab screen, you can see 2 columns:
    1. "Current Plan", including all data related to your subscription
    2. "Billing Information", including all billing and invoicing details

  4. If something doesn't look right, or you wish to change some of the billing details, please contact Cogent Connective and we'll make the change necessary.
  5. To see your past invoices, select the "Invoices" tab:
    1. Here you can see the amount, status, due date, and create date of each invoice
    2. To download the invoice you're interested in, click "Download PDF"

  6. That's it!
