Your subscription billing details are always available directly within OW Sync's settings screen.
Please note: Currently it is not possible to cancel a plan via the UI. If you wish to cancel, please reach out to Cogent Connective and we'll help you.
- Navigate to the "Connected Apps" screen (under "Integrations" in settings) in your HubSpot instance and click on "OW Sync - Orderwise Connector".
- Click on "Open billing portal" in the third row:
- One the "Summary" tab screen, you can see 2 columns:
- "Current Plan", including all data related to your subscription
- "Billing Information", including all billing and invoicing details
- If something doesn't look right, or you wish to change some of the billing details, please contact Cogent Connective and we'll make the change necessary.
- To see your past invoices, select the "Invoices" tab:
- Here you can see the amount, status, due date, and create date of each invoice
- To download the invoice you're interested in, click "Download PDF"
- That's it!
