How to reset your OW Sync - Orderwise Connector installation to factory settings

If you've added a lot of mappings and want to clean your installation to start from scratch, here's how.

Please note: Only carry this action forward if you are 100% sure you want to wipe your entire configuration and start from scratch.

HubSpot records synced prior to the reset will NOT be deleted as part of the reset process, but all mappings, export definitions, logs, and other sync-related data will be wiped clean. You will restart from the onboarding screen.

  1. Navigate to the "Connected Apps" screen (under "Integrations" in settings) in your HubSpot instance and click on "OW Sync - Orderwise Connector".
  2. Click on "Edit credentials" at the bottom of the screen

  3. Select the "App Reset" tab screen, and click "Start Deletion".

  4. You will be presented with a pop-up explaining what is going to be removed from your setup. Read it carefully before moving ahead with the reset.

  5. That's it! The application will reset all of the configurations, and you will be automatically redirected to the onboarding screen. The license key is preserved to make it easier for you to start the configuration process again.
