If some data is missing or you want to switch sync intervals, you can pull up to 24h worth of data manually.
Please note: The way this functionality works is exactly the same as the normal interval sync, meaning it will follow the "Update" / "Create" behavior of standard sync mappings. The only difference is that it allows to fetch data on demand, making it possible to fill gaps when you want to switch sync intervals.
- Navigate to the "Connected Apps" screen (under "Integrations" in settings) in your HubSpot instance and click on "OW Sync - Orderwise Connector".
- Click on "Manage property mapping" in the first row:
- On the "Standard Objects" tab, click "Pull recent Orderwise data".
- You will be presented with the following screen:
- Select the time interval that you're interested in between 3, 6, 12, or 24 hours. More time intervals will be released over time to allow greater control.
- Once selected, click on "Pull Recent Data".
- You will be presented with the following screen:
- You will see a "Syncing Orderwise data..." message with a loading spinner. This can take a few seconds to process your request, do NOT close the tab.
- Once completed, you will see a success message saying "Started processing X syncs" - X being the number of standard syncs you currently have active.
- This means the request is dispatched correctly!
- To check the result of the request, close the HubSpot pop-up with the "X" in the top-right corner and select the second "Review sync history" row.
- In the first row, you should see something like this:
- This means that 26 customer / contact records were successfully updated with new data coming from Orderwise, and 1 customer / variant record was created.
- That's it!
This functionality is particularly useful when you are switching sync intervals (e.g. from 1h to 3h), so you can make sure that you're not losing data in between.
