How to change sync interval in OW Sync - Orderwise Connector

You can choose how often data is synced from Orderwise to HubSpot depending on your OW Sync plan.

Please note: Sync intervals shorter than 1 hour (i.e. 5min, 15min, 30min, 45min) are only included in the Advanced plan. They are available for trial during the Public Beta but will require payment once OW Sync is out of beta.

1. Navigate to the "Connected Apps" screen (under "Integrations" in settings) in your HubSpot instance and click on "OW Sync - Orderwise Connector".
2. Click on "Manage property mapping" in the first row:
   
   
3. On the "Standard Objects" tab, notice the "Interval" column:
   
   
4. You need to have at least 1 enabled sync to change intervals. Once enabled, click on the dropdown to reveal the "Standard" and "Advanced" interval options.
   
   
   1. Standard intervals - 24h / 12h / 6h / 3h / 1h
   2. Advanced intervals - 45min / 30min / 15min / 5min
5. Select the interval that you're interested in, and that's it! The object you selected the interval for will be synced every X hours or minutes based on your choice.
   1. Please note: You may want to use the "Pull recent Orderwise data" feature after changing intervals to ensure you are not losing any data from the switch.
   2. Also, the same sync intervals are available for export definitions.
6. That's it!

Our recommendation is to use longer, standard intervals for batch reporting jobs that don't require daily operations, and shorter intervals for critical sales or marketing data.
