How to change your license key in OW Sync - Orderwise Connector

When you upgrade your OW Sync plan, you will be issued a new license key. Here's how to change it.

Please note: Changing the license key will suspend the previous one for security purposes. Do NOT change it unless you are sure a new one was provided by Cogent Connective for the sole purpose of upgrading your plan.

  1. Navigate to the "Connected Apps" screen (under "Integrations" in settings) in your HubSpot instance and click on "OW Sync - Orderwise Connector".
  2. Click on "Open billing portal" in the third row:

  3. Select the "License Key" tab screen, and click on the "New License Key" input to enter your new key (provided by Cogent Connective's sales team).

  4. Click on "Update License Key". The application will verify the new license key:
    1. If the license key does not match the one issued by Cogent Connective, you will see an error message and your current license key will remain in place.
    2. If successful, your current license key will be replaced (and suspended) in favor of the new one, and any advanced functionality will be unlocked.
  5. That's it! Now you can enjoy the best OW Sync has to offer.
